By engaging Lemon Tree Travel Collective for travel planning services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to provide clarity, protect your travel investment, and ensure an exceptional planning experience from start to finish.

Independent Affiliation
Lemon Tree Travel Collective operates as an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, a registered seller of travel. Bookings are made through Fora’s trusted network of vetted suppliers and partners. All services are delivered with professionalism, transparency, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Planning Fees & Inclusions
A non-refundable planning deposit of $50 is required to initiate services after initial complimentary consultation. This deposit is applied toward your final itinerary cost and secures your spot on our calendar. Should services not be utilized within 60 days, the deposit is forfeited.
Custom itinerary pricing is based on trip complexity and destination: Essentials Planning Europe: $300 per week of travel, Full Service Planning: $400 per week of travel, Cruise bookings: $100, all standalone hotel bookings are free of charge. Additional services include but not limited to:   Disney Vacations,  Flight Support, Airport Transfers, Group travel, Yacht charters, private jet bookings, destination research, and corporate and social retreats prices vary upon time commitment & complexity. All-Inclusives: $200, Asia, South America, & Australian Itineraries: $400 per week,  Africa & Safari itineraries: $500 per week.

Points & Miles Guidance
Lemon Tree Travel Collective proudly assists clients in making the most of their credit card rewards & benefits. While we provide strategy and guidance, all points-based bookings are ultimately subject to availability and the client’s own loyalty program terms. Redemption values may vary and are not guaranteed.

Airfare Disclaimer
We offer expert advice on flights, but do not issue tickets directly. Lemon Tree Travel Collective and Fora Travel are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, service issues, or baggage policies. Clients are responsible for confirming all final flight details and policies directly with the airline.

Vendor Relationships
All travel arrangements—including hotels, tours, transfers, and activities—are booked through third-party suppliers. While we carefully curate each experience, we cannot assume responsibility for the acts, errors, or omissions of these independent vendors.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless experience, clients must provide accurate personal and travel information, including passport names, preferences, special needs, and known travel restrictions. It is also the traveler’s responsibility to comply with all destination entry and exit requirements.

Travel Protection
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are happy to provide recommendations but are not licensed insurance agents. It is the client’s responsibility to review and purchase appropriate coverage once a package has been selected.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Each vendor operates under their own cancellation and amendment policies. We will advocate on your behalf in the event of changes but cannot override third-party terms. Clients are responsible for any change fees or penalties assessed by suppliers.

Force Majeure & Liability
Lemon Tree Travel Collective is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or travel disruptions. Liability is limited to the fees paid for our planning services.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
